Description

Core Subsystem Seeker S-GD390 EO/IR turret

S-GD390 EO/IR turret is a combination of high-definition visible light camera, medium wave cooled IR camera, laser range finder, image tracker and servo stabilized platform. S-GD390 is designed for shipboard video capture, surface early warning, target surveillance, radar and EO/IR combined operation. It can detect, locate, track, identify and track targets under all weather at day and night. The maximum detection range is up to 15km for targets like small ship and reef.

Multi-sensor fusion (optical + infrared + laser ranging)
Long-range detection capability (up to 15 kilometers) All-weather, day-and-night operation
High-precision, stable tracking platform

Multi-Sensor Integrated Detection

Unlike single-sensor systems, the S-GD390 integrates visible light imaging, thermal imaging, and laser ranging technologies. This multi-sensor fusion technology enables precise detection, localization, and tracking of targets under a wide range of environmental conditions, including low-visibility and long-range scenarios.

The system can detect and track small maritime targets, such as vessels and reefs, at ranges of up to 15 kilometers.

High-Definition Visible Light Imaging

Equipped with a camera featuring a resolution of 1920×1080 and a variable focal length (21.7 mm to 550 mm), enabling visual identification at long distances.

Cooled Infrared Detection

Equipped with a 640×512 cooled infrared sensor with a pixel size of 15 microns, providing powerful thermal imaging detection performance even under low-visibility conditions.

Laser Ranging Capability

The integrated laser rangefinder supports a ranging distance of 50 meters to 15 kilometers, enhancing target positioning accuracy.

Designed for Long-Range Surveillance

The S-GD390 can detect targets at distances exceeding 15 kilometers (based on a target size of 6 m × 3 m × 3 m). Under similar conditions, the infrared channel offers a detection range of up to 8 kilometers, ensuring continuous surveillance capability.

With full 360° pan and a wide tilt range (-90° to +90°), the system provides comprehensive coverage for surveillance operations.
